Led the B2C product initiative at Stanza, identifying an untapped market opportunity and developing a new SaaS product from the ground up—Stanza Plus. Demonstrated the product's potential to the CEO and investors, securing millions in funding and driving a pivotal shift in the company's direction.
Built and managed a cross-functional team, spanning design, engineering, marketing, and data analytics. Conducted comprehensive user research and testing to refine both the product and marketing strategy. Expanded the offering from sports to include TV shows, live events, and music, greatly broadening the user base. Completed in 2021.
